Everything about the Balcony House is fantastic. The hospitality, the breakfasts, and the rooms!! Sitting on my balcony listening to the music from the fair (after my two-year-old was asleep) was very relaxing. Linda & Jim, you guys are doing a great job! Next time I'll being my husband and we'll try the "Romantic Retreat!"

The room was lovely - peaceful and attractive. I am so pleased that you have "saved" the Balcony House from deterioration. Having grown up in Chase County, it was a treat to see someone had seen the potential and put in the effort to keep a special place here in Imperial.

Our camping trip to Enders was so enjoyable! It was great to spend time with our family at the lake, but even greater to know we would head back to the Balcony House B & B to sleep. That's our idea of camping.
