Twelve hours of traveling later, we arrived at a new paradise!
The cleanliness, the aroma of baking cookies, the entire Feng
Shui of the home is exquisite. This is the place to relax!

came from the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo, NY and this has got
it beat hands down. Your love makes it an Oasis on the Prairie.

What a wonderful place to spend the weekend. The Balcony house
is filled with tender loving care through color, comfort, friendliness,
and good food. Tom and I sure enjoyed ourselves and we look
forward to a return trip.

Everything about the Balcony House is fantastic. The hospitality,
the breakfasts, and the rooms!! Sitting on my balcony listening
to the music from the fair (after my two-year-old was asleep)
was very relaxing. Linda & Jim, you guys are doing a great
job! Next time I'll being my husband and we'll try the "Romantic
Retreat!"

Incredible!! This can't be the same "Balcony House" from years
ago.
Shane & Misty wrote about being away from their daughter
for the first time. Last night was their 2nd time as Shelby
stayed here with Gramma & Grandpa. What a treat for us. Breakfast
was a killer. We'll be back.

The room was lovely - peaceful and attractive. I am so pleased
that you have "saved" the Balcony House from deterioration.
Having grown up in Chase County, it was a treat to see someone
had seen the potential and put in the effort to keep a special
place here in Imperial.
My daughter & I really enjoyed the Sunflower room and plan
to stay again when we come to visit.

Our camping trip to Enders was so enjoyable! It was great
to spend time with our family at the lake, but even greater
to know we would head back to the Balcony House B & B to sleep.
That's our idea of camping.
We had a wonderful stay. It's a lovely place. You've done
a very nice job renovating and decorating it. We admire you
for leaving Denver and making you home in this community.
